Head of Capacity Building and Partnerships, Invest In Africa / GSA Board Member

Angelina Diyuoh Minski is the Head of Capacity Building and Partnerships Africa, at Invest in Africa (IIA). She oversees the strategic direction of IIA capacity building programmes in its African markets including Ghana, Kenya, Mauritania, and Senegal. She is currently consulting for the African Development Bank in Madagascar on behalf of IIA to setup a business linkage programme that supports 300 enterprises to be competitive and grow. She also leads partnership work in driving investment into IIA to support the overall objectives of developing prospering African Economies. She is an Enterprise Development specialist with over 14 years’ experience in designing and implementing capacity building programmes, project management, business development, training and development, monitoring and evaluation, strategic management, business mentoring and entrepreneurship aimed at supporting Youth and SME’s growth. She currently serves as the programme Director for the IIA/Mastercard Foundation Resilience and Recovery programme delivered in three countries and focused on supporting 8880 young people and women to recover from the pandemic and become resilient. She has a proven track record of starting, building and scaling capacity building programmes and teams into African markets. Prior to joining Invest in Africa, she worked with the British Council in many capacities from education to creative Arts manager with the latest being Skills Development and Partnership Manager where she supervised the Councils work that supported and trained over 3,500 young people to be job ready and go into entrepreneurship. She is passionate about youth and entrepreneurship development. She is a certified coach and PRINCE2 practitioner. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
