Audrey Abakah has rich experience in the financial services industry with over 15 years working relationship with Barclays Bank now Absa and currently the Head of SME banking. Her Leadership within a year has transformed the SME business from a non-performing state to a performing business winning the best SME bank for 2019. Prior to this role, she served as the Head of Service Excellence and was a member of The country management team for 4 years. She extensively championed customer service transformation to significantly improve the service experience across the banks’ touch points. Audrey is also a leadership development facilitator with strong passion to help people unlock their potential and discover their purpose through mentoring and coaching relationship. As a training facilitator, she has extensively trained leaders within Barclays and other organizations such as Fidelity and Vodafone. She is a motivational and conference speaker, a preacher, and workshop facilitator. She is the board chairperson of Rehoboth Foundation. Audrey has the following achievements to her credit. A-game lead for Ghana and Nigeria. Planned and executed Absa immersion program for over 95% colleagues in Ghana in 2 weeks - 2018  HR global award winner for developing a master class leadership program and training over 500 line managers in Ghana - 2017  Barclays Africa CEO silver award winner for excellent community initiatives - 2013  Barclays Africa Vision Ambassador at Barclays global leadership summit Barcelona - 2010  Best retail manager - 2007  Best prestige banker – 2006
